"After a rocky start with an employee who is no longer there, the installation of a walk-in shower and new cabinets went off without a hitch. Bradd was always on time and a true pleasure to work with. Brent was readily available for any questions and kept track of all the comings and goings during the process. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The project took longer than the original estimate which I expected; it always does. If I had a complaint, it would be in the estimate and contract part of the job. As the homeowner, I expect the people I hire to make sure there are no surprises during the project. If I have discussed details about the work to be done, I believe it is up to the estimator or whomever writes the contract to make sure everything is included. I take some responsibility in that but I am not a plumber or carpenter and am relying on the expertise of the company. Some things come up that cannot be avoided. You never know what you will find behind a wall. But, if there is going to be new sheet rock, it will need to be painted and painting should be in the contract. It shouldn't be up to me to remember....not my job.
So thank you Brent, Bradd, Asa, Alex, Paul and anybody else that helped bring my 1980's bathroom up to date. I wished I had done it sooner."
