STEP 1
INSPECTION

We send our professional roofing contractors to your home for a free inspection and estimate. Our priority is understanding your needs so we take extra time to inspect your home roof and determine whether you need a simple repair or a complete replacement. STEP 2
ROOF PREPARATION

We strip down the roof and clean up any debris or excess materials. Any fasteners used for the previous roof will also be removed, as we use completely new materials. Whether you want a shingle or metal roof, we use roof deck materials that work best for the particular type of roof you’re looking for. Our team will also check the integrity of your roof deck.

STEP 3
DRY-IN PROCESS

Next, we’ll install synthetic underlayment to help seal your home’s roof and protect it from the harsh weather here in the Pacific Northwest. With a strong water-resistant barrier from a top roofing company in Washington, your home will be protected from the weather for year after year

STEP 4
RIDGE VENT INSTALLATION

We install a ridge vent system at the peak of the roof slope and put on a ridge vent cap to protect from water and debris. It helps eliminate warm air from the attic, keeping it cool and making your home energy efficient.

ROOF FLASHING

Flashing is installed where two parts of the roof meet to help collect rainwater and direct the flow to your gutters. They were prompt, well prepared, courteous, and worked through cold rainy weather. They corrected level of the under frame of our deck, replaced stringers that were degraded, installed Azek PVC with hidden fasteners and black aluminum rails with cable. They are obviously experienced and their truck was well stocked with all necessary tools. All of the scrap was hauled away. This was done in two and a half days. Would hire them again.
