WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES FOR HOME REMODELING SERVICES?

We notify the owners of all necessary prerequisites during the free estimate and ensure all policies and procedures are clear before we begin the project.

We won’t move forward with any home remodeling or renovation project until you are comfortable and happy with your decisions.

Our professional estimators and customer service agents are experienced in home improvement; they are not salespeople, and will not pressure you with any services you are not interested in.

DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

100% of your home remodeling costs can be financed. All available payment options will be provided and discussed at the time of the on-site estimate and may vary based on the type of service or the size of the project.

Digital estimates and invoices are made simple with our One-Click Contractor. This handy tool makes it easy to keep all your paperwork in one place for quick and convenient access.

We don’t require down payments on our home improvement contracts when secured through financing although we ask for a 60% initial deposit if there is no financing in place. A progress payment schedule is defined as part of our agreement. Payments are then made in stages as your home remodel or renovation project reaches critical milestones.

What safety precautions does your team follow?

Our experts evaluate all aspects of the project and follow industry standards, and all of the rules and regulations of our company handbook.

We assure our vetted team will be respectful of the cleanliness and order of your home. Don’t worry about any mud being tracked through your home or any damage to your property, we take great care of our clients and their personal space and belongings.

Do you provide any guarantee or maintenance service?

The terms of each contract include details about any available guarantee(s) or maintenance. Rest assured, we follow industry best practices and use only the best, state-of-the-art materials.

We provide an exclusive warranty on workmanship and materials. Any fixtures or products installed by Evergreen or the homeowner carry their own manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered by our maintenance guarantee.

Our lead installers are industry-trusted, master level craftsmen. Each of them have at least 10 years of experience in their field and have been in a leadership role for 5 years or more. We pride ourselves in a strict, no-nonsense hiring process.

How long will it take to complete my home remodel or home renovation project?

While every job is unique, our professional team is dedicated to completing your project as quickly, efficiently, and as transparently as possible.

The time your project will take can vary. The best way to get an idea on the timeframe for your renovation will be to schedule a free estimate. We’ll come out to your home for a detailed walkthrough of the scope of the project, including how long it will take.

HOW IS MY HOME REMODELING PROJECT SUPERVISED?

Evergreen Home Exteriors & Remodeling has in-house estimators, home improvement professionals, and production department with an experienced staff of project managers. Your personal project manager is responsible for scheduling all trade and materials, meeting the building inspectors, quality control, and completing the final punch list.

You can check and track all of the details of your project through BuilderTrend construction management software. Your team will record a log of all the work done every day that you can see through BuilderTrend. You can also use the platform to send messages directly to your project manager 24/7.

BuilderTrend allows you and your project manager to send and receive photos about aspects of the project. It also simplifies the process of requesting and providing signatures.

Since adopting BuilderTrend, the homeowners we’ve worked with regularly tell us how easy it’s made the process of home improvement for them.

Do I have to be home during the day while we are under construction?

No. We work around your schedule and install a secure lock box on site so our expert craftsmen can come and go when you prefer, and only when necessary.
